- Plan Description
- PillEye's Image Capture Counting can be used after installing the PillEye mobile app. You can download PillEye from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- PillEye provides Image Capture Counting or Real-time Counting, team collaboration, and other features depending on the plan you purchase.
- PillEye's paid plan for Image Capture Counting are monthly subscription plans and are paid on a set date every month.
- Recurring Payment (Subscription)
- The final price is determined by your country. Depending on your region of residence, taxes (VAT, consumption tax, etc.) may be added. You can check the final price on the payment page.
- If you do not cancel your subscription 24 hours before the regular payment date, it will be automatically renewed.
- For subscription plans, pausing is not possible. You can cancel your next subscription by scheduling a cancellation.
- If renewal fails after a set number of payment retry attempts, your access will be discontinued immediately. If your payment method is not updated within 1 week, your subscription will be automatically cancelled.
- For inquiries regarding in-app purchase, please contact the App Store or Google Play Store customer service center.
- Cancel Subscription & Refund
- After scheduling a cancellation, you can continue to use the plan until the next regular payment date.
- If there is no usage history within 7 days of subscription, a full refund will be issued. Refunds will be processed by canceling the payment method.
- If there is usage history after subscribing or after the regular payment date, refunds are not available — you can schedule a cancellation and continue using the plan until the next payment date.
